I believe Windows allows the user to choose type of format to save pictures,
but now it only allows me to save by bitmap, how can I change it?

Currently using:
Picasa 2
ACDSee 6
Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0 Starter Edition

WinXP Pro
Version 2002 SP1
