Saving a large email as a template or stationary

T

Terri in Singapore

I have read several past discussions about this, but cannot solve the issue.

I send the same message several times daily, while altering one or two
lines. Otherwise, the content does not change. I use Windows Mail and had
set it up as stationary at some point. I needed to edit this and lost the
original. I am now unable to create stationary using the text and formatting
I need.

I tried adding it as a signature, but the message is too long. I am sure
there is a way to do this, as I had done so before and stupidly saved over
it, thinking I had done it again! Please help...

Just set up the message as you would send it. Then go to File | Save as and
save it to the desktop. Once its there, just click on it to send it each
time.
