SaveAsFile Cannot Save Attachment. Access Denied

Getting -- 'Cannot save the attachment. Access is denied.'
I've tried setting permissions up and down the path, tried
saving into Outlook's path, etc. OL2000, Win2000 SP3. I
don't have much experience with filesystem security. What
am I overlooking? Thanks for the help.
