Save width,height,desktop position of services control panel ?

When I open the services control panel

Start->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services

then this control panel pops always up the the upper left corner with a small size.

Is there a way of permanently saving the new dimensions of the resized and moved
control panel ?

Maybe there are some command line parameters ?

Open Services | Use the cursor (not the
maximize button) to drag the window to the desired
size | Click the Close [X] while holding down the
Ctrl key.
