I use Windows XP Prof
A couple of weeks ago I've noticed that when I'm about to download a file from Internet and save it in my hard drive I just can´t do it
When I right click in order to select "save target as..." that option simply isn´t available. If I want to save let´s say a picture I have no problem because the option "Save as..." is available. If I want to download a video file or a music file I just can´t do it because the option "save target as..." is no longer available (it appears among the other options but it is in light grey color and I can´t select it).
Can anybody help me ? What should I do in order to repair this situation
Maybe there´s some kind of virus, spyware or trojan horse in my system but the anti-virus doesn´t recognize them
I have no idea how to fix this. Shall I reinstall my OS again
