If I have run powerpoint from the my 'start' button and then use the
powerpoint 'open' command, the file opens fine, does not rename and can be
saved without issue. However, if I use windows explorer to locate the file
and double click it to open up the file and powerpoint (2007), the file is
renamed as a 97-2003 file, saves with a new name (one that I don't name) and
deletes the original file. Any ideas?
