Save Dump Error

I am receiving the following Save Dump message on a 2000
server. The server has also been rebooting on it's own
about every 45 minutes for the last three hours. Any ideas
on what is affecting the server would be appreciated.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0x00000878, 0x00000000,
0x00000878). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

Set up the system not to reboot automatically after a blue screen and see
what the blue screen says.
Also check the event logs.
