Save changes?

I saw an earlier post regarding the "Do you want to save changes to
<filename>.doc?" that said go to Tools / Autocorrect Options / Smart tags
tab and remove the check from "Label Text with smart tags". I've removed
that check and every other check on that screen and I still get the "Do you
want to save..." What else could be causing this to appear? There are
simple files (very little formatting and no fields) I have that it doesn't
appear for on closing.

That problem is often caused by Tools>Options>Save>Embed Smarttags. Uncheck
it and see if it is fixed.
