save as webpage

When I save my presentation as Webpage, automatically a map with jpg, html,
xml,.... files is generated.
How does PPT make this files? And what is their contenance?

The ability to make those files is built inside PowerPoint - they contain
HTML and DHTML code.

These are the files that make up the web view of your slides.

You can see what the html and xml files contain by opening them in an html
editor or even Notepad.
