Save as web page

Using Outlook 2002 (XP), when I save my calendar as a web page, only one
appointment or event per day will show up on the web page. For example, I
have 4 events scheduled next week, and only the first one entered shows up on
the web page. Any idea how or if this can be fixed? I need to share my
calendar with others who aren't on my network.

Kristie:

On my OL 2000, the same thing happens. When the calendar is viewed as a web
page (using Windows Explorer), I have a calendar on the left, and an area to
the right showing ALL of the events. In each calendar block, if there is
more than one event, there is a little yellow button, that if clicked, moves
the area on the right to THAT date. All of the events then show up in the
right pane for that date. I guess there is not enough room in the blocks in
the calendar to show more than one event, so they are shown in the right pane.

Thanks - I guess it's not just me. But that bites! That doesn't really give
you the option to share your calendar as a web page unless you're not very
busy :)

Yes it does. I get complaints from people (mostly my M-I-L) about how it is
a pain to look at the shared calendar.

Does your shared calendar reflect the 'correct' day and dates when shared?
Mine is off by one day, ie; Feb's calendar in OL shows the 1st as a Tuesday,
which is correct. When I save as a web page and then view it in Micro
Explorer, Feb 1 shows up as a Monday, but the right pane dates are correct.
It is just the 'calendar' part that is incorrect! I have a thread in here
for others to help out, but was just wondering if you had the same problem.
I would have never thought to look except someone brought it to my attention.

Outlook 2000 has a known bug in that it displays January 1 as a Friday, and
all dates thereafter are thrown off by one day. It will not be fixed as
Outlook 2000 is no longer in mainstream support.

You can try using one of the alternate methods here:

OK so I pay for a good product, they sell me a defective product, decide not
to fix it but tell me to buy a new more expence product from them so in a few
years I will find out that that also is broken and I hae to again buy
something new.

Looks like they have a built in future sales effort in the software.

Gotta lov it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS Microsoft maybe you should screw up spell check in the next edition of
office so that when you miss type a word it brings you right to the Microsoft
web site selling the next version.

There is nothing keeping you from using an alternative from the link I
posted.
