sample of contacts general information

I am a new user to outlook - in the "general" tab - where general contact
information is placed, there is a large blank box on the lower right hand
side of this form with no indication of what information is to be inserted.
Perhaps I could see a sample view of this "tab" showing what a completed form
looks like.
