Seems like I have the same problem now.
And all coz i tried a stupid shutdown in 2 seconds trick from some
forum
Now my Pc is really hung up to dry.
It cant play a song and copy files onto harddisk at the same time and
chkdsk says the same things as in your case

Has no one got any solution?

Same trouble as who? If you want a good answer then you
need to spend the time to describe your problem in detail:
What you did, what happened, what you see. If you don't
then you will get nothing but a few wild guesses.
