Hi all,,, I'll keep it short and sweet
Trying to install XP on an Asus M2A-VM mobo with a Samsung 500gb HD501LJ SATA HD
Got the drivers of the MB CD and copied to a floppy,, whacked F6 installed the driver but the HD is still only recognising 131gb, i made the mistake of formatting primarily without drivers so only 131gb showed up,,,then i realised i needed these drivers,,, is this game over for this HD?? or do i have a way back in order to get my full 500gb recognised...ie am i gonna have to re-format and do something else
it is running XP fine at the moment its just only 131gb is showing up on the drive!!
any ideas
