Same dates in report

I have created a query that has multiple lines of the same date. I would
like to have the one date with all the information on one line. Can anyone
help me??

i.e.
Date AZ UT FD NC
7/1/06 $60.00 $80.00
7/1/06 $10.00
7/1/06 $20.00
7/2/06 $60.00 $30.00
7/2/06 $1000.00

Can you group by date in your query and sum the other fields?

I have it grouped together by month. I am still getting familar with
access....is there a way that I can put in an expression in the group
interval field to consolidate the dates???

My suggestion was to group by "Date" within the query.

SELECT [Date], Sum(AZ) as AZ, Sum(UT) as UT, Sum(FD) As FD, Sum(NC) as NC
FROM qYourQueryThatHasMultipleLines
GROUP BY [Date];
