Safecom MiniPCI Wireless

I've never had so much trouble with my Wireless card.

I have a Safecom MiniPCI Wireless Card on a Dell Latitude c640 WinXP Home

When I install the driver all is fine but I can't pickup any networks at all

I have checked the connections of my aerial of the card and it's all fine.

Please Help me since I haven't a clue how to resolve the problem
