S-Video Output on 64MB DDR Vivo Card

I'm trying to turn on or at least enable s-video output on my 64MB DDR
Vivo ATI card (like a 7200 Radeon with tv input and output) I've got
everything connected, and all relative drivers and utilities I could
find for it, but it won't accept it as being there. It doesn't give me
the option to turn it on or off, just "grays" out the box.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can provide more info if
needed. I'm not so good at describing the problem.

Make sure the connected TV is turned on before booting the PC.

If that doesn't work, go to Display Properties -> Settings -> Advanced ->
Displays and click on the "troubleshoot" button. It should give you the
option to force TV detection.

Thank you very much. I will try that. I remember having to force TV
detection on my old Rage3D. I just couldn't find it now.
