Runtime Library - Error Message

I have begun getting the following error message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error:
Program: C\WINDOWS\FEEDIN 1.SCR
This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in
an unusual way. Please contact the applications's
support team for more information.

This message pops up when my monitor is supposed to go to
the screen saver mode.

I went to the control panel, system, screen saver.
When I tried to click on the "setting" or "preview" tabs;
the error message pops up.

Does anyone know what has caused this problem; and how I
can fix it.

First, remove the .scr. Secondly, it contains spaces.

Here are some examples:

Marine Aquarium 2.scr > rename it to > MarineAquarium2.scr

In the registry, screensaver will work correctly if it is listed as so:
c:\windows\system32\marine~1.scr

Screen Savers do not work correctly if listed as so:
""c:\windows\system32\marine aquarium 2.scr""
