Runtime Error

I am consitantly getting the following message while
browsing:

"A runtime error has occured. Do you wish to DeBug.
Line: 59
Error: Object Expected"

It doesn't seem to be restricted to any particular site
or set of circumstances.

All insight into this problem and solution is appreciated.

Thanks,
Marty O
