runtime error

everytime i try and use internet explorer this message
comes up:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime LIbrary
Runtime error {Program: C:\Program files\internet
explorer\iexplore.exe}
application requests a runtime error to terminate it in
an unusual way

however this is only a problem with the users with
limited access. and it was previously working for all
users

I had exactly the same. Go to Control Panel and select
Add/Delete Programs and delete "e2g Plugin".
