Just recently began see this error pop up

Visual C++ Runtime Error
Program C:\Windows\system32\cidaemon.exe

Press OK button and window closes. Running windows xp home. Don't know if
this related to a specific program or not. Any ideas? Thanks.

If we look at / Properties for this file, we see it runs
indexing functions for WinXP. A runtime error may
mean you have something configured oddly, so that
the C++ code malfunctions. Not many of us find the
Indexing Service useful.
