Runtime error

Jeff Gillan

Hi group,
I'm getting this error message on various web pages:

"A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?"

What have I done to keep getting this message? Is there a setting I can
tweak that stops this error message from popping up?

I'm running Windows XP Pro.

Thanks in advance for your help,
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

Start Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the Advanced tab, click to select the Disable Script Debugging check box in the Browsing section.
Uncheck Display a notification about every script error setting is displayed instead.
Click OK, and then restart Windows.

If the script error occurs on all pages, refresh your scripting engine: [Links Courtesy of Frank Saunders]
