Runtime Error

I have a database call Goldmine and it's suppose to work with Outlook 2003 to
sync e-mails and calendar. But when I install the add-in and try to start
Outlook I get a runtime error. It says "Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program
Files\ Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" "This application has requested
the Runtime to Terminate it in an unusual way." Then when you start Outlook
again it makes you disable the add-in. Has anyone else had this problem with
any other application and know a fix? Thanks for any help!!

Yes, they don't have a clue on what is causing it. It works on there
systems but, not mine. I've rebuilt a computer with just the Goldmine
software and office and it still does not work. So, I know it wasn't
anything in my environment stopping it. IE. Anti-virus or firewalls.
