Runtime error

A window keeps popping up on my computer saying "runtime
error 5 at 00406E4C." I dont kno what this is and cant
find nething online about it. Its been happening for a
month or so and once i installed my optical mouse it pops
up even more now. Its seems random and 2 pop up at the
same time. Any information would b greatly appreciated.

Unistall the bloatware that came with your mouse. It's not usually
necessary, i.e. Windows will use its' own driver for a two button wheelmouse
etc.
