runtime error

i installed a new Lexmark print on a desktop running XP,i now get the
following message every time i print.

"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

neither Lexmark or Microsoft has an answer for me, that works

Usually a "runtime error" deals with memory,or lack of it.You might open
event viewer for OS details,and/or try setting virtual memory in system
properties
to "let system manage" click set 2X,close out restart pc.
