Runtime error

Does anyone know why or what the problem is whne you get
a "run time error". When I first get on the internet and
it connects automatically a run time error box displays.
It will close out, but what's the problem??

Go to Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Advanced Check
Disable Script Debugging.
