Runtime Error message

I installed a logitech webcam and now I am getting a Runtime error message:
Program ch/ Desktop Messanger\8876480Program\Backweb8876480.exe
It then says tat This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in
an unusual way. Please contact the Application Support Team for information.
Can some one advise me please I was wondering if I used System Restore would
that sort me out but would it uninstall the webcam?

Uninstall it. It's scumware.
