Runtime Debug Error

Almost every time I go to a website I get boxes saying

'A runtime error has occured
do you wish to debug?

Line: ***
Error: Object Expected

Yes/No'

How do I stop this?

Common script errors messages can be eliminated by Clicking:
Menu: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab.
Check "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"

Return with exact error message if no joy.
