Running windows applications on ASP server .NET

Hi is it possible for someone to run an application made with windows using
ASP .NET as there is a guy who said he can take my windows based software
which is written in delphie and make that runnable on the Internet using ASP
..NET is that possible. Can you please give me an article on this.

Basically I Have a farm management application that was designed in Delphie,
and a representative told me that they can get it to be online with little
modification to an ASP .NET server. Is there such a program to get windows
desktop applications running on the internet?
