Running rules on IMAP messages moved to PST

I recently got a new e-mail account and am using it as IMAP on Outlook 07. I
want to utilize the features of IMAP to keep all my messages on my server,
but want to be able to copy all my messages to my pst Inbox. I have that
rule set up, no problem. However, once the messages are moved to my pst
Inbox, I have about 30 rules to sort my e-mail into different folders to
organize them. Currently those rules are not working. Any advice on how to
make those rules work?

You can't. Rules work only as messages arrive. Once you've moved them to
another folder, you can't then run rules automatically on the destination
folder.

By nature, IMAP is an offline message store. You only need to copy the
messages you need removed from the server.
