If your computer supports NTSC/PAL output in addition to VGA, you can probably
do this (though I wouldn't hold high hopes for the quality of the result).
Otherwise, you might need to use a scan converter to convert the VGA output to
NTSC/PAL.

Can you use a monitor instead of your TV though? Your eyes will be SO grateful.
