Running MS Outlook 2003 for multiple XP users & email accounts

I have created a separate email account and separate account in XP Pro for a
member of my family.
However, when I switch to the other account and run Outlook, it starts by
running an install shield for Microsoft Office Pro 2003 and I receive error
message #1309, and errors relating to MAPI32.DLL. However, the program runs
fine under my account which is setup as an Administrator account under XP.

If you temporarily change the User account to administrative privileges, do
the errors stop?
Was Office 2003 installed by the PC administrator or was it configured for
all users if installed under a user account?

The error message #1309 is referring to a source file- you may want to try
inserting the Office disc when you start Outlook under this user, even though
the file is there since it works under yours. Depending on install method,
you may need the CD to get everything to install under this user.

Hope that helps-
