running access SQL database

I have a working access database, and also have a sql server with
Plusnet. could any one point mein the direction on how to convert my
datbase and move the tables to the server and then how to create a
access database as teh front end and how to set it up to get the data
from the sql server

See the Access help system for the Upgrade Wizard to move data from Access
to SQL.

If you want to import it from the SQL side, you would need to be able to use
the SQL Server DTS/SSIS functions. If your SQL Server is a hoted/shared
server, you may not be able to do this
