The following message keeps appearing on my computer, at start up and other times no matter what program I am in. This is the message--COULD NOT LOAD THE TARGET DLL("c:pROGRAM FILES\BACKWEB\BACKWEB CLIENT\6.2.3.66\PROGRAM\FRCOM.DLL", ERROR CODE 126---. What can I do to keep this message from appearing. It just appeared as I was typing this message

I get it too (only on start up) after using Spybot S&D to remove
BackWeb Lite. I figure there is still something left in the registry that
S&D couldn't remove or recognize that's calling for the program to run and
then not finding the program so it's giving the error. Getting rid of it
would probably require a little registry editing but I am not up to that
task. Plus, it's not hurting anything.

You don't have to edit the registry to stop things from starting with
Windows (and hence getting the error message about the missing item).
Go to Start>Run and type "msconfig" without the quotes. Look on the
Startup tab and uncheck the box next to the culprit's name. Click Apply
and OK out. When you restart Windows, you'll get a message saying
you've used the System Configuration Tool - just mark the box to say
"don't bother me with this any more". It is a good idea to minimize the
amount of programs that start with Windows. Here are links to sites
with useful information about Windows startup:
