rundll32.exe ..error on shutdown

PAUL HEY

Hi
I am getting End Program rundll32.exe on xp shutdown and
the it comes up this program is not responding.
How can i fix it?

I am getting the same message... I have applied all updates and still
get it... I too am looking for help.
