rundll32.exe dialog problem

Every time I try to open the Properties of My Computer I get this dialog
box that says:
"The procedure entry point RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could
not be located in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll."

When I click "OK", it enters the properties with the System Restore tab
missing. How can I fix this?

Try a Repair setup
If you run an XP "Upgrade"setup, from the original, or "Gold" version of the setup CD, and you have SP2 installed, it might go into
a setup loop, and you could lose your install. Uninstall SP2, BEFORE you Upgrade setup from CD (that lacks sp2 on it.)
