RUNDLL

When I start my computer I get this message:
RUNDLL
An exception occurred while trying yo run
"\C:\WINDOWS\System32\######.dll",Umonitor. (The data in the ###### is
different each time).
I have Win XP Home and IE 6.0
Please advise.
