Every time I boot I get an error message. In the title bar
it reads "RUNDLL" in the text it reads "Error loading
C:\WINDOWS\image.dll" and "The specified module could not
be found."

How can I fix this?

Tom, this is a residual from spyware. Click on Start | Run, type in
msconfig. Under the start up tab uncheck the line that is trying to
load image.dll, then ok out of it and reboot. When it boots up check
the box to not show that dialog again.

Also scan your system for spyware/adware and viruses. Run these
programs to check for spyware/malware. After installing update them,
then boot into safe mode and run them. You should run update and run
them weekly.

Make sure you have a firewall active at all times. If nothing else use
