Hello,
This is my first time submitting a question but I need some expertise
to help me understand the following:
During startup I am getting a window with the header: RUNDLL
Below is a circle with an X inside it and the following: Error loading/
3/DLCDtime.dll
The specified module could not be found.
1. Do I have a problem?
2. Is it something I can fix?
3. If yes, then how?

This message has been appearing for about six weeks. I am assuming I
have changed or deleted something by accident that was unintended.

I have a Dell E1505 Laptop with Windows XP Home Edition, purchased new
April 2006.

This is the first PC I have ever owned so most issues are new to me.
I have been trying to learn from this forum and I have Windows XP Home
Edition, The Missing Manual by David Pogue that has helped me through
most of my stages of crawling up the learning curve.

that file is related to Dell photo printers. You might need to uninstall
and reinstall the printer drivers and software.

Yes, I do have a Dell Printer, 944 AIO that is connected
intermittantly.
If my OP was inapprpriate, I am sorry. I see others asking for a
little troubleshooting advice and if my seeking advice offends some
protocol; unknown to me, then advice on the appropriate place to ask
MY question would be more appreciated than tactless remarks.
Only the first time I have ever tried to use this to get assistance.

Yes, I intermittantly connect to a Dell 944 AIO printer.
I will try the recommendations.

BTW, this was my first post of a question and AFAIK, was little
different from thousands of others.
PA Bear, [This is a newsgroup, not a forum[ seemed either a
condescending and not helpful comment.
Perhaps, a simple, [Best place to ask...] would have been more
informative and polite. Not all are born omniscient.
