Rundll Error

I constantly receive the same error:
Error Loading C:\progra~1\common~2\address~1\cnbabe.dll
The specified module could not be found.
Could someone please tell me what this means and how to fix it?

Try uninstalling "CommonName" from Add\Remove Programs. (To do so, go to
Start button; then control panel.)

Update the definition files for these applications, and run them after
disabling your internet connection.
Remove everything that these software detect.

This should resolve the problem
