RUNDLL Error

I recently started getti9ng an "Error loading
C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll The
specified module could not be found" message at startup
but it doesn't seem to affect the operation? How do I
get rid of the error and what does this bridge.dll file
do?
