RUNDLL error

I have win vista, each time I start the computer I get the following error:

Error loading C:\users\Majed\AppData\Local\Temp\\nnnljjKA.dll
The specified module could not be found.

Your kind help is appreciated.

Unchecking the checkbox for this file will remove the startup command with
this utility.

AppData\Local\Temp\cBsqqpQj.dll & also AppData\Local\Temp\vtUomjge.dll error
module could not be found every time i start my pc.This file\program lets me
us my "links" with my e-mails as far as i'm aware,i've tried

You should post to a Vista group. But basically, that's malware.
Legitimate utilities don't park themselves in Temp folders with random
names. You should have it removed, plus all references to it in the
registry.
