runaway process?

I have a user who has a runaway process called tsdanage.
I am unfamiliar with this process. This user had stumble
on a bad website that install various adware/spyware
products and a virus.

On startup, the tsdanage process initiates at takes 100%
of the CPU. It drastically slows the computer down
because of it's CPU utilitzation. The only short term
solution is to end this process. I don't know where this
process came from and can't get rid of it. I can't find
any other referenced to this particular process. I have
run adware/spyware software and antivirus software and
still can't get rid of it. No other users on the network
have this process on their machine. Any help would be
great!

Boot into Safe Mode, locate tsdanage.exe, then rename
it and see what happens.

You will likely find a reference to the .exe in one of the Run keys as
indicated in the below article:
