Run-time Error '91'

Run-time Error '91' Help Me Please?!?

I have Microsoft Windows XP. I tried to install a program called: " Professor teaches: How to create Web Pages." The program installed normally but, when I try to open it, an error message appears that says: "Run-time error '91' Object Variable or with block variable not set. What can I do to get my program running?
