run time error 75

Please can someone help me.
I keep getting a run time error 75 path/file access error box on my screen
and every time i click on the ok box it just keeps coming up over and over
again. I have also been having problems when on the internet with the page
just closing on me. (Not sure if this is connected but it seems likley) Has
anyone any ideas what I need to do to get rid of it.

try an antivirus program or spyware program just incase it is just to
make sure it isn`t virus or spyware related.if that doesn`t work then
either try www.microsoft.com and see if there is an update or
reinstall windows.hope it helps
