Run-Time Error '339'

Get the following error when installing software: The
following files did not self register or unregister:
C:\windows\system32\Flp32a30.ocx

I installed the same software on another computer with
Windows XP Home Edition and it ran fine. I also went
into command prompt and tryed to register the files with
no luck.
