Run-time Error 3343

Hi ,

I have a problem with a software that It was implemented
in Visual Basic 5.0 and the database are in Access 97.

The database collapse frequently. The error that appears
is 3343.

I want to know the Service Patch that I need to install or
may be to give me a clue about this problem.
I would be glad if you can help me.
