"Run Time 429 Error"

I have an Access based program that previously ran on the
XP computer before it was networked with another computer
in my home. Now when I try to do a backup within the
program or to run a program update online, I get the "Run-
Time Error '429'. You do not have an appropriate license
to use this functionality". Can anyone help?

No. The message I get is "Runtime Error '429'. You do
not have the appropriate license to run this
functionality". That's it. The Technical Support people
I spoke with at The Pampered Chef (which is where my
software is from) stated they could not figure it out,
but thought it had something to do with being networked
with another computer in my house which also has the
program on it. Any ideas?
