Run setup in Windows

Can I use virtual drive software to run my iso image setup from my hard drive
in my current Windows environment? I am upgrading from Vista Beta 2 pre-RC1
release on a Dell Latitude D600. I have a CDRW/DVD drive. I have downloaded
the iso file and can rip it, but not to a DVD Disc. I know I will soon
recieve my DVD, but I am anxious to fix some constant errors promised in the
new release. Any assistance is appreciated and respected.
