Run Macros to update data

I am trying to setup a macro that will run a series of Crosstab tables. I use
"Openquery" on the action but when i click on run, it opens the table where
there no "make-table". mean not paste on the new table. My question is how
can i do this without open each crosstab table with no make-table action.

Thanks

Hoachen,

I am not 100% sure if I understand you. But, if you make a Crosstab query,
and then make a Make-table query which is based on the crosstab query, then
you should be able to use an OpenQuery action in your macro to run the
Make-table.

You are right on track, but .. i have to make the query? I have tried couple
of crosstab query and do the make-table. iT will screw up the crosstab. Is
there the only way to make the macro not to open the query?

Hoachen,

I am still not sure if I understand. But if you have a correctly
functioning crosstab query, there is no need to open/run it. Just save it
as a query, and then, use this crosstab as the basis of the Make-table, and
the *only* thing you need to do in your macro is run the Make-table query.
