Run Logoff Script without GPEDIT.msc

I want to push out logoff scripts to all my users using a
software/script deployment tool. We are not using Group Policies. I
have the script set up which is a .BAT file that runs cleanmanager with
certain settings/flags and hopes to clean the user;s system when he
logsoff. I was also able to write a script where I find the user's SID
(for current logged in user) and include this in the same script where
I update the corresponding registry settings under HKLM and under HKCU.

Even after a reboot, it does not show up under gpedit.msc and I do not
believe the scripts are running.

Any thoughts?

I don´t even have a clue what you try to achieve and what you have done.
Shutdown script without Group Policy is only possible if you change the
existing msgina.dll

So, where did you place your script, where did you edit your system
to run this command at shutdown etc.?

.... and why are you not using Group Policy?
